Why I chose to start writing about by mental health?
I started writing about my anxiety in order to help me make sense of it all and to give me new ways to think about it and deal with it and hopefully, in doing so, that it can help others to open up and reach out, talk and maybe write about their own mental health struggles.
But, if I was going to do this, then I was going to write my story. I don’t want to preach to anyone or make any sweeping generalisations…I want to make it personal, so that when others read it then hopefully they can make a connection and see themselves in what I am writing.
My Message for New Bloggers.
“Write. Rewrite. When not writing or rewriting, read. I know of no shortcuts.”
—Larry L. King
Stay motivated. Others cannot motivate you, only you can do this. Motivation is very much intrinsic and comes from deep within yourself…you have to want to do it, to take action. But in doing so you will inspire others and hopefully they will make that connection to something deep within themselves.
And my 15 nominees are:

Great Work!! ❤
